Order Cancellation Policy
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.

Most orders are processed within 12 hours of being placed.

If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible at Contact@bebemamashop.com.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
We strongly recommend contacting us within the first 12 hours after placing your order so we can attempt to cancel it before processing.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

Address changes can only be made before the order is processed.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible addresses.

We are also not responsible for orders that are refused or deemed undeliverable by the carrier.
In some cases, undeliverable packages may be returned to us, but this is not guaranteed.
If a package is returned to the sender, we will offer:

A refund minus shipping costs, or
-
A reshipment, at your choice.
Please note that refunds or reshipments can only be processed after the package has been received by the sender.
Return Policy
We accept returns* for any reason—whether you are unsatisfied or simply changed your mind.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team and request a return form.

Complete and sign the form, then send it along with your package to the return address provided by our support team.

While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier. Tracking information will be provided when available.
